Family Night with the leaves

Last night we decided to drive up Big Cottonwood canyon to Silver Lake. I love seeing all the leaves turn colors, and for the past few years we've miss timed seeing them, but this year was perfect timing. It was so beautiful up there. We got there right as the sun was going behind the mountain so it was a little chilly, but it was so peaceful and calm. I love doing simple things with my little family. It makes me happy and refreshed. enjoy the colors.

Of course Oak had to stop and throw a few rocks/pine cones into the water. We tried not to let him do too many cause the water was so calm.
