Cousin Time

We had a great time when Kayla and Parker got to spend two nights with us while their parents were out of town. Parker and Tyson just love playing and eating and bathing together, and Oak and Kayla have their moments, but they have fun too.

Seven Peaks

We've had passes to Seven Peaks for the past few years, and it's taken this long for Oakley to get up some courage and try some of the fun stuff, so here he is on his first time going across the lilly pad things. He loved it. I'm sure everyone was like, "Why can't this 8 year old cross this and why is he wearing a life vest", but I don't care. He's four and he's still figuring out how to control this gigantic body of his, so there!

24th of July in Trenton

I used to be really good about posting to my blog, but now a days if I even sit down at the computer Tyson runs over and of course wants my attention. So I can't stay long, but here are some fun pictures from our trip up to Trenton for the 24th of July. We always love to go up there for the festivities and appreciate the Radmall family for hosting us.

The boys

My boys have become ipad addicts. Oakley will go through phases where he plays on it every day, but I finally let Tyson try it out one day and now every day he walks over to the counter and points up and says "apadee" which is iPad in Tyson talk. Wes gave me a tablet for my birthday so now we have one for each of them and there isn't much fighting over it anymore.
Oakley loves guns and swords. Here he is with about 10 guns shoved in his pants.
My boys love bath time.
Wes thinks I'm silly for buying matching shirts for the boys, but I think it's cute.
One day Oakley went to Lagoon with his cousins and Tyson and I got to spend the whole day together, just him and me. We had fun shopping and taking naps. It was nice. I also captured a picture of him in his shorty short pajamas which are so cute. He's such a cute kid!

Birthday Dinner

This year for my birthday we got to go down to The Roof restaurant for dinner. Neither of us had ever been there before so it was such a treat to be there. The view was awesome and the food was even better. I am still craving the amazing Crème Brule (I don't know how to spell it). We got to play volleyball the next day together, and that was fun too. We didn't do the best, but at least we got to play.

July 4th

I love the 4th of July. Probably because it's so close to my birthday. In any case it's one of my favorite holidays. I've been able to play in one of the big volleyball tournaments in Park City the past few years. This year I played with my friend Ashley and we won first place in the AA division. It was awesome! We won $125. It was way worth it!
Then I came home and got to go to our neighborhood party that our good friends put on. We all chip in and they get a huge water slide, hamburgers, and fireworks, and we have a great big street party. It was really fun. Oakley loved the huge water slide and couldn't get enough of it, once he decided to try it of course.
And Tyson found his friend Zachary and fought over the bubble container the whole time. Typical.
Here are all the kids from the neighborhood lined up before the fireworks. We love having this fun party so close to home so we don't have to fight any traffic.

Jungle Jim's

I had bought a few passes for Jungle Jim's and they were expiring so I took the boys one Saturday while Wes was playing volleyball. Oak loves it there, and Ty got used to the rides after I forced him on a few. He was always unsure at first, but then when the rides started he loved them.
I even took Ty on the really spinny one with us. I hate that ride, but I wanted to see if he'd like it or not. He didn't so much.
Ty does much better when his brother is with him, but here he is riding one all by himself and telling me he's "All done".
