Every year at the beginning of November I get to go down to UVU and participate in the Stake High School Volleyball tournament. It's always fun to be around such a fun atmosphere. This year they started streaming all the matches online, so Wes would just have the laptop open to the court I was on. I guess the boys liked seeing me and what I was doing. I know they don't understand why mom is away so much, but here they got to see a little of what I do.
Both Dax and Tyson love small spaces and hiding in them. Sometimes those small spaces don't like them as much.
Here's Dax in another small space when we were helping our friends the Browns move into their new house.
Tyson never falls asleep anywhere, except his bed, at night. So this was a once in a long time thing for him. He must have been so exhausted from something. I don't even remember what it was.
For Tyson's birthday we went to Classic Fun Center. The kids had a blast playing in the play place and the bounce houses. It was a small party with just us and Katy and her kids.
Tyson's favorite present was an xbox game. He was so excited to get it he hugged it right away.
This was the day of the boy's primary program at church. They are two handsome boys. Oakley built a pretty cosy spot to hang out. Too bad we couldn't open the front door, but he enjoyed it for a while.
Thanksgiving weekend when everyone was in town we spent some time at Grandma and Grandpa Thompsons playing games. We came up with an awesome new game call "Continental Shift" Patent pending. We had three different ticket to ride games, USA, Scandinavia, and Europe. Then we had 3 teams of 3 and one person from each team would start at a diffferent board. We'd set a timer for five minutes and at the end of the five minutes we would all rotate to a different board and pick up where our teammates left off. It was very fun, but it hurt my brain. I'm sure we will try it again. It might be our new Thompson tradition.
Dax likes to climb into small spaces. Here he is under our table and under the Christmas tree. It's fun to see cause some day he will be way too big to climb under anything. It worries me a little that he might get stuck somewhere one time and I won't know where he is. As for now, let him play.
