I have been wanting to organize our big Lego bin for quite some time. It was driving me bonkers that we couldn't find that one piece that you need to make a build work. So I took on the challenge. I researched and decided to separate them by shape, so I purchased some bins and started at it. I set up in the living room and spent hours sorting. After a day or so, I realized I needed way more bins, so I purchased two more and that seemed to do the trick. I spent a whole week sorting every little Lego that I could find. Then I found some labels that were already made online and printed them out. Then I went through each drawer and put the labels on. It was time consuming, but now we know where every piece is. I set up a table downstairs and now we have a little Lego station so we can make whatever we want.

Dax was really excited to build something with me. He wanted a Lego house, so I told him to design it and I would help him build it. He did and we made an awesome house for him. It looks just like his drawing, almost.

Just some random pictures. First, the boys got baby Yoda for Christmas and they rotate taking turns each day with it. Tyson is really into it, and even made him his own little room in the living room. One night, I found him holding Black Beard like this. It made me chuckle. Dax brought home this paper about MLK day and it says "I have a dream that I will get all of the dogs" He sure loves dogs. It finally snowed a little and Wes turned on the lights on the tree. It always looks so cool when the lights are on and there is snow. For the past year I've been taking flowers to mom for her birthday every month and I love bringing them. She seems so happy.
