Dax was able to go to Preschool this year at one of my friend's houses in the stake, Miss Myra. He loved it so much and she always did the cutest things with the kids. Now he is graduated and will soon be in Kindergarten. The little graduation was so cute and all their songs were fun, even if Dax didn't really sing any of them. He did like the glowing flags that they got to wave.

Another school year has come and gone for these boys. Class of 2027 and 2030. On the last day of school we were going to have a big water party in our backyard, but it ended up raining all day, so we moved the party to the church. The kids ran around and played basketball, tag, volleyball, had pizza, and just enjoyed the first day of freedom.

Some of the moms in our ward get together once in a while for playgroups, and one of them set up a tour of our local fire station. The boys loved it, especially Tyson. He told me that now he can't decide if he wants to be a police officer or a fire fighter.

One Saturday night I got a weird call from Rachel saying they were at Trader Joe's by my house and that she needed help fixing her tire. I threw the kids in the car and headed over there. They had just finished a week long backpacking trip in grand canyon, or somewhere down south, and while they were driving, their front wheel started making really funny sounds. They stopped at Trader Joe's and Scotty told them not to drive until they take the tire off and fix it. So, we had to pull everything out of the car to get the jack to take the wheel off. It was a pretty funny sight in the parking lot of the local strip mall. We finally got it fixed and they headed on their way. What an adventure.

Oakley's baseball team decided to celebrate their season by going to a Bee's game one night. It was fun to be there, although not many of them really watched the game. They had fun running around and just playing with each other most. They even got to see fireworks and run the bases. What a fun night it was.

*All Tyson wanted to do for the summer was have a lemonade stand so he could earn money. So, the first week of summer that's what they did. They earned like $30.

*Swimming at the Murray pool with all our cousins after a long week of volleyball camp.

Since we got a Thanksgiving point pass, we decided we need to make good use of it, so we went to the Curiosity Museum again. We found one of our old friends, Max, there. It was so good to see him. Oak still considers him one of his best friends even though he moved away in first grade.

*Grandma and Grandpa introduced us to a fun water park over in Holladay that they just built. It is right in the cotton bottoms and the kids loved it. 

Another season of Soccer for these kids. I coached Dax's team, and it was fun, but Dax wasn't too interested. Tyson also got to play and he loved being the goalie, even though he got distracted often. He didn't really like running around.
